This Agreement does not create any kind of employer-employee, agency, or partnership relationship between you and BlockBlast.ie.
If a part of the Agreement is unenforceable (for example, if found to be illegal), that shall not affect the validity of the rest of the Agreement.
We may transfer or assign our rights without your consent, but you may not transfer your rights without our express written consent.
This Agreement constitutes the sole and entire agreement between you and BlockBlast.ie regarding this subject matter. We shall not be responsible for failures or delays due to reasons beyond our control.
